Authorise (Investment)

This functionality allows for regular payments to be authorised.

Select Authorise on the sub-menu on the left. 

Additional options will be displayed.

Note:

The doer will not be able to authorise the payment.

The JU3EP Membership Payment screen will be displayed.

Payment amounts available for authorisation will be displayed. 

Open

To open a regular payment amount, highlight the required line, then click OPEN.  The JU3EP Membership Payment Detail screen will be displayed.

View

To view a regular payment amount, highlight the required line, then click VIEW.  The JU3EP Membership Payment screen will be displayed.

Authorise

Regular amounts available for authorisation will be displayed on the JU3EP Membership Payment Detail screen.

To authorise a regular amount, highlight the required line, then click AUTHORISE. 

Once authorised, the current date will be displayed in the End Date field and the Authoriser will be displayed in the Authoriser field.
