Unit pricesUnit prices captured and confirmed by Asset Management staff must be authorised by the Retirement Fund Administrator. |

|
Capturing unit prices |
Unit prices can be captured for specific investment mediums or a file of unit prices can be uploaded using the upload facility. |
|
|
Maintenance of unit prices |
Prices that have not yet been authorised can be edited or deleted if incorrect. |

|
Price History |
A history of all previously captured unit prices can be viewed. |
|
|
Confirm unit prices |
Unit prices captured by Asset Management staff can be confirmed by the Asset Management staff. |
|
|
Create a Mask |
An initial Mask can be created to define the content of the file of unit prices to be uploaded in order for the system to be able to interpret it correctly. Field properties can be set and the Mask generated. Existing Masks can be edited (if and when necessary). |

|
Error Log Report |
This report registers the start and end of batch jobs as well as any errors that may have occurred when capturing or confirming unit prices. |
