This functionality provides for a summary screen that displays as much information as possible for an Annuitant. This is provided in a PDF document that can be accessed from the Annuity Details screen.
This can be selected for the Annuitant or for a Beneficiary.
Select the annuitant and display the JU4DB Annuitant Process screen.
On the JU4DB Annuitant Process screen, select Annuity Information Summary from the sub-menu on the left.
Refer to the Extract section below.
Select the annuitant and display the JU4DB Annuitant Process screen.
Select the BENEFICIARIES Annuitant Update Type and click PROCESS UPDATE. The JU4DE Beneficiaries screen will be displayed.
On the JU4DE Beneficiaries screen, select Annuity Information Summary from the sub-menu on the left.
Refer to the Extract section below.
When Annuity Information Summary is selected from the sub-menu, the system will extract the information in the table below for the Annuitant selected and create a PDF document with all of the details grouped as per the highlighted headings in the table:
