Age Related Rebates Report

These reports allow the results of the JU3EP Loading of Age Related Rebates batch job to be viewed.

From the Financial menu, click  alongside Age Related Rebates on the sub-menu on the left.  Additional options will be displayed.

Successful

To view batch data that has been successfully accepted without errors, click Successful below Age Related.  The Age Related Rebates Generate screen will be displayed.

The following columns are displayed:

-        Scheme Code

-        Date Captured

-        User ID

-        Report Type

-        Action

The following fields are available as search criteria:

-        Scheme Code

-        Date Captured

-        User ID

To view the contents of a batch run, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column alongside the appropriate selection.

The Age Related Rebates Generate screen will be displayed.

The following columns are displayed:

-        Scheme Code

-        Reference Number

-        Surname

-        Initials

-        Date of Birth

-        Tax Year

-        NI Number

-        Amount

-        Amount Total

-        Expected Income

Rejected

To view batch data that has been rejected and has error messages, click Rejected below Age Related Rebates.

The Age Related Rebates Generate screen will be displayed.

The following columns are displayed:

-        Scheme Code

-        Date Captured

-        User ID

-        Report Type

-        Action

Expected income

This report displays all members who were LIVE during the course of the tax year and who were not included in the calculation of expected income, i.e. the membership status was changed during that year, the amount of the rebate was pro-rated for the period of the LIVE status for the expected income run based on the NI EARNINGS and no rebate has been received.

Notes:

-    This is an annual report. 

-    The process to claim these rebates or differences will be a manual decision.

Click Expected Income below Age Related Rebates.

The AGE Related Rebates Expected Income screen will be displayed.

Select YES or NO from the NOT Included drop-down list.  The AGE Related Rebates Expected Income Not Included screen will be displayed.

Selecting YES will display the members who were excluded.

Selecting NO will display the members who were not excluded.

The following columns are displayed:

-        Scheme Code

-        Reference Number

-        Surname

-        Initials

-        NI Number

-        Date of Payment

-        Amount

-        Expected Amount
