To view or update details of an existing person, highlight the required person on the JU1BA Client List screen, then click OPEN. The JU1BA Client Details screen will be displayed.
To view a list of products to which the person belongs, from the JU1BA Client List screen, highlight the required person, then select List of Memberships from the list of sub-menu options displayed on the left.
The JU3AP List of Memberships for a Person screen will be displayed.
To search for a membership, click SEARCH. The Search Criteria screen will be displayed.
Enter the product code and click OK.
To view details of any of the persons listed, highlight the required person, then select Membership Details from the list of sub-menu options displayed on the left.
The JU3AO List of Members for a Scheme/Pay Centre screen will be displayed.
Select the required member as described under Finding Members.
To view a list of relationships that the selected person has with other persons in the system, from the JU3CC List of Relationships screen, highlight the required person, then select List of Person Relationships from the list of sub-menu options displayed on the left.
The JU3CC List of Relationships screen will be displayed.
The RELATIONSHIP column displays the relationship of each of the persons to the selected person.
The START DATE and END DATE columns display the start and end dates of each relationship.
To view details of any of the persons listed, highlight the required person, then click OPEN. The JU3CC Related Person’s Details screen will be displayed.

To view a list of relationships that the selected person has with other organisations in the system, from the JU1BA Client List screen, highlight the required person, then select List of Organisation Relationships from the list of sub-menu options displayed on the left.
The JU3CC List of Relationships screen will be displayed.
The RELATIONSHIP TYPE column displays the relationship the person has to each of the organisations listed.
The START DATE and END DATE columns display the start and end dates of each relationship.
To view details of any of the organisations listed, highlight the required organisation, then click OPEN. The JU3CC Organisation Unit Details screen will be displayed.

To view a client address for the selected person, from the JU3CC List of Relationships screen, highlight the required person, then select Client Address from the list of sub-menu options displayed on the left.
The JU1BE Client Address Maintain screen will be displayed.
To search for a client address type, click SEARCH. The Client Address Search Criteria screen will be displayed.
Select an address type from the drop-down list and click OK. If the address type exists, then the system will display it on the JU1BE Client Address Maintain screen.
To view details of any of the addresses listed, highlight the required address, then click OPEN. The Client Address Detail screen will be displayed.
To add a new client address, click NEW. The Client Address Detail screen will be displayed.
Descriptions of the input fields on this screen appear below.
Address Type |
Select a value from the drop-down list, e.g. Business, Postal or Residential.
If each address type is different, a new Client Address Detail screen must be opened for each address type that is different.
Note: If the Type of Address selected on the Client Address Detail screen is one of the following, the system will display the field names for each line of the address:
Address Type: SARS POST BOX or SARS PRIVATEBAG
Address Type: SARS POST STR or SARSRESIDENTIAL

Select the tick box if a Postal Address has been captured and the Residential Address is the same. |
Once the required details have been captured, click OK.
